Personal experience with colonic hydrotherapy and the benefits gained from treatments led me to train as a practitioner in 1996.
My extensive experience in complementary health care enables me to offer individual assessment and treatment which is given in the strictest confidence.
Lifestyle and diet play a major role in health and wellbeing therefore I work with the person; not with the ideal, but with what is realistic for the individual at that particular period of time. It is incredible how quickly the body can resume its natural state of health and balance when given a little help and the right conditions.
